I am honoured to be accepted into the next RAW Calgary Show "Cusp." "RAW is an international organization that showcases emerging talent in art, fashion, music, film, photography, hair and makeup in over 70 cities worldwide!" According to RAW, "Our mission is to provide independent artists within the first 10 years of their career with the tools, resources and exposure needed to inspire and cultivate creativity." Last year 45 artists from various disciplines were chosen to participate and there were over 450 attendees at the event. In order to participate in the show, each artist has to sell 20 tickets. The artists can sell their pieces at the event and keep 100% of their sales!

To prepare for this show I will be creating 8-10 new pieces. Count down to the show is 60 days! My plan is to create 1-2 pieces a week until the show. I will post my progress and process of making the pieces here on the blog so keep checking back for updates!
